Tweqit is an experimental collage of down-tempo electronica music, effects and vocals.

This mix was made non-linearly (that is, on the computer, not in real-time). Rather than using cross-fading to mix from song to song like typical DJ does, I adjusted the songs' frequency and phase to create complex transitions. Also, rather than playing one song at a time, I have split up most of the original tracks into their constituent parts and stretched them across the overall soundscape - by doing this, many layers of sounds can be heard at once.

Originally, I had intended to make this project a 5.1 surround sound DVD, but with so much on my plate lately, I settled for a 2.0 mixdown.

I have been making mixsets every year around the holidays as a gift to YOU, my friends and family (and anyone who loves eclectic and extreme music). Each year is a new and different trip through electronic bliss. "Tweqit" is my 8th full mixset and was created using both computer software and studio hardware. See my studio for more information.
