The After School Special is a seventy-five minute long mix of electronica, jazz, house, bosa-nova, and techno music created using the combination of live turntablism and effecting, and non-linear mixing and processing.
This mix was created in the 8-Bits Studio under the Brownlodge label, and is the seventh original full-length mix in DJ DlimitR's repertoire.
This mix was inspired by the likes of DJ Z-Trip, DJ Q-Bert, James Lavelle, Richard D. James, DJ Shadow, Ramon Zenker, Cut Chemist, and many other musical geniuses.
This mix is © original artists, and is not intended for profit. Due to the extreme deconstructing and layering of the mixes contained within this album, I may not have given credit to every artist contained.
